When it has to work
Commissioning
We test and verify every critical system, from the factory through full load, electrical and mechanical, on projects from hyperscale down to a single enterprise room. Quality built in from day one.

Services
Owners come to us at different moments: before the deal, during the build, when the schedule tightens, when it is time to prove the thing works, and when operations take over.

See commissioningWhen you are deciding
From the first feasibility question to the day you go live: what to build, whether a deal makes sense, what's missing from the design documents, procurement timelines, contractor agreements, and much more.
See strategic planningWhen the schedule cannot slip
Our people, process, and technology applied across your program: first-time quality that compresses final testing, with live oversight so you see quality proven while it happens.
See delivery accelerationWhen you are building
We are your eyes on site. We hold the builder to the schedule, the budget, and the standard, coordinate the trades, and protect your interests when decisions get made.
See owner's representationWhen operations take over
Trained operators, validated procedures, and a documented baseline for every system, ready before the construction team drives away. Support through the first seasons, not just the first day.

To safeguard and accelerate critical infrastructure delivery while creating impact that outlives every engagement.
The pattern
Your building is declared ready for systems integration testing, but the issue count starts ballooning as installation quality, settings, and documentation are all frustratingly inadequate. Finger pointing begins, stress mounts, and unplanned costs rise. For many, this has become a common but unfortunate end-of-project state.
Relative cost to correct the same defect, by the stage at which it is found. Indicative, from the widely cited 1:10:100 rule of defect-cost escalation; not PGCIS project data.
What if final testing confirmed what you knew? That your first-time installation quality was excellent. That L4/L5 will proceed on schedule and catch a few tricky errors, but you won't need a team of electricians working nights and weekends to fix installation mistakes.
This shift is possible with the right mix of process, technology, and team members working together across the trades and project leaders. Solving the issues early saves significant cost, time and stress.
The method
We work side by side with your builder and their crews. We set the quality bar together, rather than handing down a binder. Before any repeating work begins, we run a FOAK-Right™ workshop on the very first installation, so it sets the standard for every one that follows. And we give specific people on the crew ownership of that standard, so it holds from the inside.
Problems get caught at the source, by the people doing the work, before they ever reach testing.
Plan, brief, execute, debrief, document. A simple, repeatable rhythm borrowed from fields where getting it wrong is not an option. Every task has a clear owner, clear expectations going in, checks along the way, and lessons that make the next task better.
The payoff grows on work that repeats: campus after campus, floor after floor. The differences between crews, buildings, and sites shrink each time around.
Our field teams capture the record as they work: photos, time stamps, equipment tags, checklists, test results. Software reviews all of it and flags anything that looks like a quality, safety, or paperwork problem, while the crew is still there to fix it.
You get a living record of the building that supports more efficient installation and commissioning, not a contractually obligated stack of files dumped on you at the end.
Where we work
Data centers are the heart of our work: hyperscale, colocation, HPC and AI, edge, and enterprise. We also take on high-tech manufacturing and energy projects when the systems simply cannot fail.
Our Work
Four hyperscale campuses, 550 MW in all, under our commissioning oversight from the factory through full load. About 3,000 issues caught each construction phase, at each site.
Read caseStrategy for a $10B data center program across India, targeting 1.5 GW in 5 to 10 markets. We ran the tender. It closed with EdgeConnex as the joint venture partner.

Careers
We are hiring commissioning agents, construction managers, project controls leads, and quality professionals across the US and EMEA. Small team, senior operators, and profit-sharing that makes you an owner.
