Before repeating work begins, we run a FOAK-Right™ workshop on the very first installation so it sets the bar for everything that follows. Problems get caught at the source, while they are still cheap.
CxIntelligence™ puts our field teams' work into a live record as it happens: photos, time stamps, equipment tags, test results. The software flags anything that looks like a quality, safety, or paperwork issue while the crew is still on-site to fix it. Digital intelligence screens. Human judgment decides. Each stage builds on the one before. Compressing the early ones does not save time overall. It moves that time downstream, where each hour of delay costs more and the pressure is higher.

Integrated Systems Testing
The whole facility under load, proven ready.
- Level 0 - Commissioning Planning: Design review, owner's project requirements (OPR) validation, and development of the commissioning plan and test procedures. The approach is set before any equipment ships.
- Level 1 - Factory Witness Testing (FWT/FAT): We verify equipment at the manufacturer before it ships. A defect caught here gets fixed in the factory at the manufacturer's cost, on the manufacturer's time.
- Level 2 - Pre-Commissioning / Site Acceptance Testing (SAT): Static checks, continuity testing, megger testing, and calibration verification before energizing. This stage confirms correct installation before current flows. It's the last low-cost checkpoint before the work becomes hard to undo.
- Level 3 - Commissioning, Equipment Start-Up & Pre-Functional Testing: Equipment runs for the first time. We test each system individually, verify it performs as specified, and document the baseline. Problems found here are still contained to a single system.
- Level 4 - System-Level Functional Performance Testing: Each mechanical and electrical system is put through full performance testing under load, including how it compensates when an individual component fails or is taken down for maintenance.
- Level 5 - Integrated Systems Testing (IST): The whole facility, under load, behaving as it will in operations. We validate redundancy configurations, run through the critical failure modes, and produce documented proof that the building is ready to hand over.
