How we work
The building passes its tests once. Your operators have to pass every night after. Readiness means the crew on shift can operate, maintain, and recover the facility without calling someone who has left.
Readiness is built during commissioning, not after it. The testing window is the one time a critical facility can be failed on purpose, and we use it. Your operators sit in on functional testing, start the equipment under supervision, and take the controls during integrated systems tests with the commissioning team standing next to them. By the time the building is yours, your people have already run it, and already watched it break.
Procedures are validated, not just written. We draft SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs from the as-built condition, then walk each one with your operators on the actual equipment: valve by valve, breaker by breaker, alarm by alarm. Steps that only work on paper get found in the walkdown and rewritten before go-live, not during an event.
The record comes with the building. CxIntelligence™ has been building the asset record since the first installation: every test result, every setpoint, every alarm threshold as verified.
