AI and cloud exist because someone delivers the data centers behind them, clean and on schedule. Our people commission and oversee that infrastructure across the US and EMEA. If that is work you want your name on, we would like to meet you.
2,500+ MW of hyperscale commissioning oversight · US + EMEA
The work
We commission and oversee hyperscale campuses, HPC facilities, and the electrical and mechanical plant that keeps them running. The systems we hand over carry some of the most depended-upon workloads in the world, and on a team our size, your work is visible in every turnover.
How we work
We go where the projects are, so field roles mean time on-site and travel, and we are upfront about that from the first conversation. In return, the work is yours: your scope, your judgment, and colleagues who take the craft as seriously as you do.
Our teams work on active campuses in the US and EMEA, embedded with general contractors and trade partners. Field roles typically run 12 to 24 months on a single program, with travel and living support arranged for the assignment.
Through Quality in Action™ we develop quality standards together with the crews doing the work, and we trust our people to apply them. You carry real responsibility from the start, with senior colleagues a phone call away whenever you want a second opinion.
We capture quality data as the work happens and screen it with software built for the field. It points to what needs attention, and the decisions stay with human judgment. We built it to support judgment, not to replace it.
We hire and operate by four values we call GRIT: Gratitude, Resilience, Ingenuity, Trust. Read what each one means on the About page.
Who we hire
Openings change as programs move, and the openings page is always current. These are the four disciplines we hire year after year.

What we look for
Mission-critical experience transfers well. Many strong commissioning and construction people started in power generation, LNG, petrochemical, or renewables long before their first data hall. If you have delivered projects where reliability was non-negotiable, that background counts here.
If your certification list is shorter than the one on the left, apply anyway. We fund continuing education and certifications, and we would rather develop the right person than wait for a perfect resume.
What we offer
