Privacy and data protection.

Last updated: July 2026. This statement covers what pgcis.com collects and how PACHYDERM GLOBAL Critical Infrastructure Services handles it.

Who is responsible

For visitors in the EU/EEA, the data controller is PGCIS GmbH, Rahmannstraße 11, 65760 Eschborn, Germany (details in our Impressum). For visitors in the United States, the controller is PGCIS Texas Holdings LLC, Plano, Texas. For any privacy request, email [email protected].

What we collect, and why

Today, browsing this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or cross-site tracking. We may add privacy-first, aggregate analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you; that requires no consent. If we ever introduce cookies or any tracking that does require consent, we will ask you first through a banner and will not set them until you agree.

Our host, Cloudflare, automatically logs standard technical data (such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request) to serve the site and protect it against attacks. We use this only for security and reliability, based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare handles it on our behalf under a data processing agreement; as a US provider, any transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

If you email us or use the contact form, we receive what you send: your name, email address, company, and message. We use it only to reply and to take any steps you ask for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not sell it or share it for marketing. The form currently opens a message in your own email program, so nothing reaches us until you send that email.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer. Server logs are retained only briefly for security.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw any consent you have given. Email [email protected] and we will respond. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; ours is the Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
