The diagnosis
The schedule problem is not where most people look for it.
Today's data center construction teams are stretched thin and desperately seeking experienced help. Without skilled team members working with process and technology to support training and quality, we're seeing safety and quality issues rise alarmingly.
Traditional commissioning occurs at the end of the build, independent from construction, waiting to discover what was left behind. That separation is the core problem. By the time a deficiency shows up in the final testing rounds, correcting it means calling trades back, managing access in a nearly complete building, and watching every day of delay turn into real costs and delayed revenue.
Contractor self-reporting makes it worse. When the installation and sign-off teams are the same, problems surface later, resulting in higher costs.
The system

Our method runs on three reinforcing layers: people (Quality in Action™), process (PrecisionLoop™), and technology (CxIntelligence™). Each one depends on the others. The people layer sets the standard and catches problems at the source. The process layer makes that behavior repeatable across crews, floors, and phases. Quality in Action™
A defect caught before it happens costs nothing. Quality in Action™ puts that principle into practice at the workface, not in a report written two weeks later.
Before any repetitive scope begins, we run a FOAK-Right™ installation workshop with the trade crews. The goal is to find the problems on the first unit. Common failure modes, installation tolerances, documentation requirements, and coordination gaps are addressed before the scope goes into production.
We write quality standards with the general contractor and trades. We help identify quality owners within the crews - trusted people who uphold the standard from inside the team.
The result is problems caught by workers before formal inspection and commissioning. That's a significant intervention to compress the deficiency backlog at the end of the project.

Real-time quality verification catches problems while your crews are still on-site. CxIntelligence™ flags issues at a fraction of the cost to fix them later.
The cost difference between catching a problem at L0 (design) and L4 (systems integration) is roughly a thousandfold. A defect that costs about $100 to correct at L0 runs to about $100,000 at L4, because you are remobilizing trades into a nearly finished building. CxIntelligence™ pushes that verification into the field while crews can still fix it efficiently. Photos, timestamps, equipment records, test results, and field decisions are captured in real time and flagged for pattern analysis before the crew moves on.
