The role
What you will do
You will execute electrical or mechanical commissioning, L1 through L5, on active hyperscale campuses in and around Frankfurt. The work sits at the center of the build: you catch quality issues before they reach formal testing, capture the field record as the work moves, and hold the standard on a site where the schedule does not wait.
This is a field role. You will work directly alongside GCs and trade partners. The expectation is that you have done this before, in facilities like these, and that you do not need to be told what L4 looks like when it goes wrong.
Requirements
What we look for
- Hands-on commissioning experience on data centers or comparable mission-critical facilities
- Working knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems across the full L1 to L5 sequence
- Presence in the field, not just the punch-list room
- German and English working proficiency; other EMEA languages are a plus
