The role
What you will do
Based in Atlanta, you will represent the owner on mission-critical projects across the Southeast. You will track the GC against schedule, budget, and quality targets; review MEP and OFCI scopes; and flag costly decisions before they are locked in.
This is an on-site role with a direct line to the owner. You will stay close to the work and keep the owner informed as projects move.
Requirements
What we look for
- Owner's-representative or construction-phase field experience on data centers or comparably complex critical facilities
- MEP coordination, scheduling, and project controls you have used in the field, not just on paper
- The judgment to hold the owner's position without stopping the work
- Experience across delivery methods: Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, EPCM, fast-track
