The role
What you will do
Based at our US headquarters in Plano, you will represent the owner across data center projects. You will review MEP and OFCI scopes, track schedule and budget, and flag quality issues while they are still easy to fix.
You will work across multiple active projects, close to leadership and the full portfolio. Clear priorities and direct field reporting matter here.
Requirements
What we look for
- Owner's-representative or construction-phase field experience on data centers or comparable critical facilities
- MEP coordination and scheduling you can apply on a live site, not just track in a spreadsheet
- The credibility to represent the owner's interests directly with GCs and trade partners
- Comfort managing across multiple delivery methods simultaneously
