The role
What you will do
You will embed quality into the build on active hyperscale campuses in the Frankfurt area, working directly alongside GCs and trade partners in the field. The approach here is not audit-and-report. You co-author the quality standard with the crew before repetitive scopes begin, run First-of-a-Kind Right™ (FOAK-Right) workshops on the first installation, and help the people doing the work own the standard from the inside.
Problems caught at the workface cost a fraction of what they cost at final testing. That is the whole premise of this role, and the person we are looking for has seen it play out both ways and has a clear preference for catching them early.
Requirements
What we look for
- Quality experience on data centers or comparable mission-critical construction
- The credibility to hold a quality standard in the field with GCs and trade partners who did not ask for your opinion
- A track record of catching defects before they reach formal testing, not after
- German and English working proficiency; other EMEA languages are a plus
