The role
What you will do
You will represent the owner's interests on mission-critical infrastructure projects across the US Southeast, based out of Atlanta. That means holding the GC to schedule, budget, and the quality bar set for the project, coordinating MEP and OFCI scopes, and catching the decisions being made on incomplete information before they cost real money to unwind.
This is not a back-office role. You are on-site, in the conversation, with authority to act. The Southeast market is moving fast. Projects here carry the same demands as anywhere else, and the GCs know it.
Requirements
What we look for
- Construction management experience on data centers or comparably complex critical facilities
- MEP coordination, scheduling, and project controls you have used in the field, not just on paper
- The judgment to hold the owner's position without stopping the work
- Experience across delivery methods: Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, EPCM, fast-track
