The role
What you will do
Based at the US headquarters in Plano, you will carry the owner's-representative function on data center delivery projects across the portfolio. MEP coordination, OFCI scope management, schedule and budget accountability, and quality built into the build itself rather than chased down at the end.
Working from headquarters means proximity to leadership and the full project portfolio. You will likely be across multiple active engagements at once, which requires someone who can hold context, prioritize clearly, and communicate what is actually happening on each site.
Requirements
What we look for
- Construction management experience on data centers or comparable critical facilities
- MEP coordination and scheduling you can apply on a live site, not just track in a spreadsheet
- The credibility to represent the owner's interests directly with GCs and trade partners
- Comfort managing across multiple delivery methods simultaneously
